Kyle Ferachi Appointed to the LCLD Alumni Executive Council

The law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce that partner Kyle Ferachi has been appointed to serve on the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Alumni Executive Council. Ferachi will serve as the Chair of the All In! Campaign.
The LCLD Alumni Executive Council coordinates strategic initiatives, programming, and activities on behalf of the Fellows and Pathfinder Alumni community. The LCLD is an organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who have pledged themselves, through the Leaders at the Front initiative and other means, to create a truly diverse U.S. legal profession.

Ferachi, a 2013 LCLD Fellow, defends private employers against allegations of violations of federal and state statutes governing discrimination and harassment, ERISA claims, whistleblower claims, and alleged violations of non-compete agreements. He also counsels clients facing Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) investigations and litigation and in responding to OSHA complaints and post-accident investigations.
