Kendra Basner Appointed to Serve on California Bar's COPRAC

Kendra Basner was recently appointed to serve a three year term beginning September 2017 on the State Bar of California's Committee on Professional Responsibility and Conduct (COPRAC). COPRAC is the standing committee of the State Bar Board of Trustees and is primarily responsible for issuing the state's legal ethics opinions and also serves as an advisor to the Board and other Bar constituents on legal ethics and the rules of professional conduct.
As a member of the committee, Basner will work alongside many of the top attorneys in the field of professional responsibility. "I am very honored to have been selected," Basner said. "It is a particularly exciting time to be involved with the Committee because of the many changes facing California lawyers and the profession."
