Kendra Basner was recently appointed to serve a three year term beginning September 2017 on the State Bar of California's Committee on Professional Responsibility and Conduct (COPRAC). COPRAC is the standing committee of the State Bar Board of Trustees and is primarily responsible for issuing the state's legal ethics opinions and also serves as an advisor to the Board and other Bar constituents on legal ethics and the rules of professional conduct.
