Joshua G. Vincent Invited to Serve on the Illinois Supreme Court Commission on Access to Justice's Forms Subcommittee

Joshua G. Vincent, partner at Hinshaw, was invited to serve on the Illinois Supreme Court Commission on Access to Justice's newly created Forms Subcommittee on Appellate Forms. One of the Commission’s primary objectives to date has been to promulgate standardized plain language forms on a range of different topics, from divorce to mortgage foreclosure. The Commission has decided that its newest Forms Subcommittee should develop some plain language standardized forms for use in appellate proceeds.
Joshua G. Vincent is a senior member of the Appellate Practice Group of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP. He has briefed and argued 300 appeals resulting in 160 published decisions. Mr. Vincent has appeared 10 times in the Illinois Supreme Court. He has also appeared in the Florida Supreme Court; the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Seventh, Eighth, Ninth, Tenth and Federal Circuits; the New Jersey Appellate Division; the Ohio Appellate Court; and all districts of the Illinois Appellate Court.
