The U.S. law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce that Hinshaw partner Jorge Maza has been appointed Co-Chair of the Diversity & Inclusion Subcommittee of the American Bar Association's (ABA) Litigation Section for the 2022-2023 term.
The mission of the Litigation Section's Diversity & Inclusion Subcommittee is to ensure that traditionally underrepresented groups work at every level of the ABA Litigation Section and to advance ABA's organization-wide efforts to build a legal workforce that reflects the broader communities their members serve.
Maza represents insurers in insurance coverage, bad faith, and commercial litigation matters. He handles high-exposure insurance disputes involving commercial general liability, errors and omissions (E&O), environmental, surety, reinsurance, and commercial property claims. He is also a member of the Cuban American Bar Association.
