According to BTI Consulting, Hinshaw was one of 50 midsize firms performing in the "upper echelons of client service—delivering impressive performance belying their size."

Earlier this year, Hinshaw was among a select group of firms identified in the BTI Client Service A-Team 2022 as "improving at a faster rate than all others" for client service in 2021.
