The U.S. law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP today announced the firm has been recognized as a leader in client service in the BTI Client Service A-Team 2022: Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance, an annual survey of corporate counsel and legal decision makers conducted by BTI Consulting.
According to BTI, Hinshaw was one of only 59 firms in the nation noted as "improving at a faster rate than all others" for client service in 2021. Corporate counsel also rated Hinshaw among 17 law firm leaders "providing value for the dollar." Overall, it ranked within the top quintile of firms serving the world’s largest clients.
The BTI Client Service A-Team is the only law firm ranking based solely on direct, unprompted feedback from corporate counsel. Legal decision makers at businesses with at least $700 million in annual revenue are asked to rate law firms they work with on a range of client service activities, including understanding the client's business, uniformity of service, dealing with unexpected changes, unprompted communication, and anticipating clients' needs.
