The U.S. law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce that Hinshaw partner Daniel W. McGrath, chair of the firm's Product Liability Practice Group, has been re-elected to the Board of Directors of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC). McGrath was re-elected by the membership at the organization's annual meeting that took place in Seattle, July 25-30, 2022.

Founded in 1936, the FDCC is a professional trade association of peer-reviewed, premier defense and corporate counsel and industry executives. Membership is by invitation only. The FDCC aims to advance and sustain an equitable civil justice system through a community and network of trusted, leading, and innovative industry legal professionals.

McGrath has been an active member of the FDCC since 2003, serving on numerous committees and also serving as the Illinois Membership Chair and Corporate Counsel Seminar Marketing Co-Chair in 2020-2021. This is his second year on the Board of Directors of the FDCC.
