Hinshaw Lawyers Draft Amicus Brief for the ABA in the U.S. Supreme Court

Hinshaw lawyers Adam R. Vaught, Matthew R. Henderson, Thomas P. McGarry, Joshua G. Vincent and Steven M. Puiszis drafted the American Bar Association's amicus brief in the United States Supreme Court for the case of Lanell Williams-Yulee v. The Florida Bar, which is set for argument on Jan. 20, 2015. The ABA issued a press release stating, "ABA urges U.S. Supreme Court to uphold states’ right to ban judicial solicitations." The release emphasizes the importance this case will have on the regulation of judicial elections throughout the United States.
