Hinshaw DEI Representation Ranked in the 2024 Law360 Diversity Snapshot and 2024 The American Lawyer Diversity Scorecard

The law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce its rankings in the Law360 Pulse 2024 Diversity Snapshot and The American Lawyer 2024 Diversity Scorecard.
Hinshaw ranked #21 overall in the Law360 Pulse 2024 Diversity Snapshot for law firms with a size of 251 to 600 attorneys.
The firm ranked highly for gender diversity in The American Lawyer 2024 Diversity Scorecard:
- Hinshaw ranked #71 overall within the survey’s Women in Law Scorecard.
- The Scorecard highlighted that women represent 40 percent of Hinshaw attorneys and more than 53 percent of associates.
Law360 and The American Lawyer also ranked Hinshaw for ethnic minority attorney representation:
- Law360 Pulse reported that 31.1 percent of Hinshaw attorneys are persons of color. Hinshaw ranked #16 among law firms in the 251 to 600 attorneys category for having the most attorney partners of color.
- The American Lawyer ranked Hinshaw #101 within the survey’s Minority Representation Scorecard. The publication also reported that 44.44 percent of the firm's Executive Committee members are racially or ethnically diverse. Currently, two-thirds of the firm's Executive Committee comprises ethnic minorities and/or women.
Hinshaw also ranked #111 within The American Lawyer’s LGBTQ+ Scorecard.
