Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is proud to announce that the firm has been awarded the Equality 100 Award: Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion in the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s (HRCF) 2026 Corporate Equality Index (CEI).

This achievement marks the seventeenth consecutive year that Hinshaw has received a top score of 100 in the CEI. Hinshaw joins 534 other U.S. businesses in receiving recognition as an Equality 100 Award recipient this year.
“We foster a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive workplace environment because it leads to better outcomes for our clients,” said firm chairman Peter Sullivan. “We appreciate the contributions of all our people, and we remain fully committed to supporting the HRCF’s goal of ensuring inclusion and transparency for all workers.”
The CEI is the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality. It rates companies on detailed criteria falling under four central pillars:
-
- Non-discrimination policies across business entities;
- Equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families;
- Supporting an inclusive culture; and
- Outreach and engagement.
