Hinshaw Attorney Tim Newlin Elected to Temporary Seat on Peoria City Council

Hinshaw attorney Tim Newlin has been selected to succeed former Councilman Ryan Spain on the Peoria City Council until May 2, 2017, when an elected successor will serve the remaining two years of Spain's term. Spain resigned last November prior to taking up his seat in the Illinois House in January.
