Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce the publication of the 2nd Edition of its 50 State Primer on Medicaid Recovery Laws, authored by Hinshaw partner Robert J. Finley. First published in 2017, the new edition highlights updates and changes to several State laws and regulations, as well as an introductory note addressing the repeal of relevant federal legislation. With Medicaid enrollment expanding nationwide, the Primer serves as a practical reference for insurance, legal, medical service providers, and other professionals on Medicaid reimbursement and subrogation claims, as well as Medicaid compliance issues.
This primer does not contain legal advice or establish an attorney-client relationship. We recommend review of the actual language and status of each law and piece of legislation as well as continued review on an ongoing case-by-case basis and consultation with counsel as appropriate to ensure compliance.
