Gretchen Harris Sperry Elected to Board of The Council of Appellate Lawyers

The U.S. law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce that Chicago-based partner Gretchen Harris Sperry has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the American Bar Association’s Council of Appellate Lawyers (“CAL”). Sperry was elected while attending the 2019 Appellate Judges Education Institute Summit in Washington, D.C., which featured a keynote presentation by Associate Justice Neil M. Gorsuch of the United States Supreme Court.
CAL is the first and only national appellate bench-bar organization, with the mission to foster dialogue among federal and state appellate lawyers and judges in order to improve appellate advocacy and strengthen ties among the numerous appellate bar associations.
