The U.S. law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce that Hinshaw attorney David Archer has been elected president of the British American Business Council of Miami (BABC). BABC Miami is part of the British American Business Network, the largest transatlantic business network with 22 chapters located in major business centers throughout North America and the United Kingdom, and with over 2,000 member companies.
Archer is an attorney in Hinshaw's Insurance Services practice group. He has diverse litigation experience including insurance coverage actions, disputes relating to international customs interpretation, bankruptcy-related litigation and international Ponzi scheme investigation, mergers and acquisitions related, and shareholder derivative litigation, tort and insurance subrogation claims arising from plane crashes, board and internal investigations, and banking fraud.
