Daniel McGrath Elected Senior Director of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel

The law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce that Chicago partner Daniel McGrath has been elected to serve as a Senior Director of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC) for the 2025–2026 term.
He was inducted alongside fellow officers and directors at the FDCC's Annual Meeting, which took place in Toronto from July 28 to August 3, 2024. He is also undertaking the role of Program Chair for the FDCC Winter Meeting in February 2025 in Charleston, South Carolina.
Founded in 1936, the FDCC is a professional trade association of peer-reviewed, premier defense and corporate counsel and industry executives. Membership is by invitation only. The FDCC aims to advance and sustain an equitable civil justice system through a community and network of trusted, leading, and innovative industry legal professionals.
McGrath has been an active member of the FDCC since 2003, holding several leadership positions, including Chair of the Local Meetings Project Committee (2017–2023), Illinois Membership Chair (2020– 2023), Co-Editor of the FDCC publication The Flyer, and as a Director of the FDCC from 2021–2024.
