Hinshaw attorneys Ryan Michaels and Catherine Hedglon recently secured a notable win for their client before the Florida Board of Chiropractic Medicine at the Board's February 2026 quarterly meeting. At the meeting, the Board unanimously voted to lift a permanent practice restriction imposed on the client, a prominent chiropractor in Jacksonville, Florida.
The restriction had been part of sanctions originally issued in 2021 following a noncriminal administrative violation. Since that time, the client fully complied with all administrative requirements and continued to maintain a strong professional reputation. Ryan appeared before the Board and requested the removal of the restriction. After considering the matter, the Board voted unanimously to lift the restriction effective immediately.
The client expressed appreciation for the result and commended the Hinshaw team for their skilled advocacy and exceptional representation.
