BTI Consulting Identifies Hinshaw Among a Select Group of Law Firms with the Highest Levels of Associate Job Satisfaction

The U.S. law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP today announced that the firm has been recognized as a leader in cultivating job satisfaction for its associates in the BTI Associate Satisfaction A-Listers 2022: Survey of Law Firms Where Associates are Happiest—a report based on a large-scale independent survey conducted by BTI Consulting.
Hinshaw was one of 147 law firms identified by associates as among the best at cultivating job satisfaction and one of only 122 firms identified by women associates as among the most successful at cultivating their job satisfaction.
Associates were asked to evaluate firms on the following elements:
- Commitment to helping associates in their career
- Specific action to help develop a career path
- Access to necessary training
- Exceptional mentoring
- Optimism about growing within their firm
- High levels of job satisfaction
- Being well paid
- Having at least one partner watching out for them
A first-of-its-kind report, the BTI Associate Satisfaction A-Listers 2022: Survey of Law Firms Where Associates are Happiest is based on a large-scale independent survey of associates at Am Law 200, global, mid-size, and smaller law firms, receiving more than 4,000 responses.
