Hinshaw partner Tom Luetkemeyer co-authored the concluding chapter in the 2022 edition of the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education's (IICLE) Employment Discrimination: Practice and Procedure. The publication provides practitioners with a thorough look at how to evaluate and assess employment discrimination cases in both state and federal tribunals, focusing particularly on rights, remedies, and procedures under Illinois and federal law, as well as EEOC regulations. Luetkemeyer's chapter is titled "How To Evaluate and Investigate a Discrimination Case from the Plaintiff and Defense Perspectives."
