Tom Luetkemeyer Authors Chapter in IICLE E-Book on Employment Discrimination

The publication provides practitioners with a thorough look at how to evaluate and assess employment discrimination cases in both state and federal tribunals, focusing particularly on rights, remedies, and procedures under Illinois and federal law, as well as EEOC regulations.
