Scott Seaman, Chicago-based partner and co-chair of the firm’s Global Insurance Services practice group, New Jersey-based partner Maida Chinosi, and Washington DC-based associate Madeline Cook authored Chapter 8 of the American Bar Association’s new book entitled The Insurer’s Duty to Defend: Issues and Analysis (ABA 2024).
The book analyzes key aspects of the duty to defend in a practical fashion and is intended to serve as a day-to-day resource for lawyers, insurers, policyholders, and courts.
The book is available for purchase on the American Bar Association’s website.
