Hinshaw Medical Litigation attorney Thomas L. O'Carroll authored an article for The Quarter Hour, a risk management publication published by Aon. The article, titled "What to Expect When You're Expecting a Claim — A Discussion of Claims-Made Professional Insurance Policies," addresses the ins-and-outs of a "claims-made" policy and gives instructions to professionals who are anticipating a claim.
Tom O’Carroll is a member of the Medical Litigation practice group and is an experienced trial lawyer who defends individuals and businesses from professional liability claims and disciplinary actions.
