Hinshaw's Rory Eric Jurman was a faculty instructor for a course titled "Working Effectively with Brokers during the Claims Process," for CLM's 2020 Claims College, which was offered virtually. Established by CLM in 2012, the Claims College brings together the insurance claims industry's top professionals to educate attendees within 11 specialty schools. Jurman, who has spoken several times at the Claims College, taught the course as part of the School of Professional Lines.
