Michael Newman Discusses Ninth Circuit Decision in Increased Hotel Worker Wage Case With the Daily Journal

Michael A.S. Newman, a Los Angeles-based partner at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, spoke with the Daily Journal about the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit's decision in American Hotel and Lodging Association et al. v. City of Los Angeles, Case No. 15-55909 (Aug. 23, 2016).
