Hinshaw partner Kevin R. Sido authored the article, "Design Better Solutions to Project Disputes," which was published in the December issue of the National Society of Professional Engineers' PE Magazine. The article discusses efficient mechanisms to resolve construction-related disputes.

Mr. Sido has practiced for more than 37 years in litigation and as transactional counsel for design/construction professionals, condominium directors and officers, lawyers, real estate professionals and school officials. He has a significant background in alternative dispute resolution.
