The article summarizes notable changes within the 69 rules of professional conduct that will take effect in California on November 1, 2018. Every California attorney will be required to conduct themselves in accordance with the new rules that replace the 46 rules that attorneys must currently follow. She highlighted significant modifications that will impact daily practice.
