Hinshaw attorneys Tom McGarry, Kate Schnake, and Michael Ruff teamed up to author the "United States" chapter in the Third Edition of Law Business Research's The Professional Negligence Law Review, published in July 2020. In total, the book features chapters specific to professional liability law in 14 other countries.
The publication, which is edited by Nick Bird of Hinshaw's U.K. alliance partner Reynolds Porter Chamberlain LLP (RPC), reviews the fundamental principles of professional negligence law, factors specific to the main professions, developments of the past year, and issues to look out for in the year ahead. RPC contributed the chapter on England & Wales.
