Law360 Pulse interviewed April Villaverde and Ben Raindorf following news the firm had appointed them as co-partners-in-charge of the firm's Metropark (NJ) office.

Raindorf was a founding partner of the firm's New Jersey office when it opened in 2021. Although Ben and April operate in different practice areas, Ben noted that April is an "incredible complement" to his legal approach and that they collaborate well as litigators.

April added that she was excited to play a role in the strategic direction of the Metropark office. "I think Ben and I bring a lot of diverse perspectives, and we're excited to work together," she added.
