Partner Bessie Antin Daschbach was featured in a Law360 Insurance Authority Earth Day analysis, discussing four key environmental issues impacting insurers related to climate change.
Daschbach reviewed efforts by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to implement climate disclosure regulations for public companies, along with legal challenges to the regulations.
