Donald Mrozek — Fmr. In it, Mrozek addresses the historical practices involved in selecting law firm leadership, and the changed business environment in which law firms operate today. He then outlines an evaluation process calling for the identification of the factors most critical to the firm's success, weighing those factors in order of importance, developing specific behaviors relevant to each factor, and subscribing a grading system for each.
