Daniel W. McGrath Recommending Elects as Part of the DRI National Nominating Committee

Daniel W. McGrath, as part of the DRI National Nominating Committee, will deliberate and then report to the DRI Board of Directors nominees for six members of the Board. The DRI Board of Directors will elect the second vice president, secretary-treasurer, and four new members of the board at the DRI Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C.
The five-person National Nominating Committee consists of "the three (3) most recent Past Presidents (other than the current Immediate Past President)...and two (2) other members whom the President shall select."
Mr. McGrath is a partner of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP in Chicago. Mr. McGrath is an active DRI leader, currently serving as chair of the Jury Preservation Task Force within the DRI Center for Law and Public Policy, after previous service as chair of the DRI Toxic Torts and Environmental Law Committee.
