"New bill would allow private employers to offer time off in lieu of extra pay"
Hinshaw Labor & Employment partner Cheryl Wilke was quoted extensively in an article published in Inside Counsel magazine in its June 2013 issue. The article discusses a new bill proposed in April that would give private sector employers the same flexibility regarding overtime compensation that public employers currently enjoy.
