Cheryl Wilke Discusses Dodd-Frank Mandate Requiring Disclosure of CEO Pay in Florida Trend

The article discusses the federal mandate under the Dodd-Frank law that requires public companies to divulge CEO pay. Although we've known for decades what CEOs make, this mandate provides additional insight into executive compensation by highlighting how CEO pay compares to the median income earned by employees.

Wilke acknowledges that the disclosures have "stirred discussions about fair pay and pay equality," and believes questions from employees, particularly those earning less than the median, are likely.
