Excerpt:
Q: What advice would you give to our readers who are looking to excel in their careers?
A: Persistence and authenticity. You must be persistent and keep going even when the going gets tough because, at times, it will. Be authentic. You will excel in all aspects of your career (and life) if you have the self-awareness to know who you are and embrace it because this will lead to meaningful and honest relationships with all of those around you.
