Bessie Antin Daschbach co-authored a chapter in a new handbook that reviews multifaceted challenges and their possible solutions in sustainable investing. Titled Sustainable Investing: Problems and Solutions, the book is written for finance executives, investors, CFOs, and other professionals involved in green finance.
In her chapter, Daschbach discusses the legislative and regulatory challenges in sustainable investing as they relate to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues. She and her co-author also explore the legal implications of the existing ESG frameworks and highlight important considerations for entities investing in sustainability.
