Anthony E. Davis authored the article "More on Law Firms, Bankruptcy and 'Unfinished Business,'" which appeared in the November 2, 2012, edition of The New York Law Journal. In it, Mr. Davis revisits the "unfinished business" doctrine — which he addressed in an earlier article "'Unfinished Business' - Expanding Hurdle to Lateral Hiring"— in light of a recent decision by the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York that directly conflicts with the holding in the case discussed in that prior article.
