Adam R. Vaught of Hinshaw's Chicago office authored an article in the August issue of the Dade County Bar Association Bulletin entitled "U.S. Supreme Court Upholds Florida Judicial Fundraising Rule." The article discusses Williams-Yulee v. the Florida Bar wherein the Court held that state ethical codes of conduct baring judges and judicial candidates from personally soliciting money do not violate the First Amendment. The Bulletin was an insert in today's Daily Business Review.
