Chicago office partner-in-charge Diane Webster was featured in a Chicago Lawyer front cover story that highlighted women serving in leadership roles. Webster is among a group of ten women from the 20 largest firms in Illinois who currently serve as managing partner, partner-in-charge, or co-managing partner of their respective Chicago offices. The group of women leaders discussed with Chicago Lawyer their experiences as women in law and the efforts they have made to retain and promote women lawyers.
Webster discussed the role of Hinshaw's Women Affinity Network in identifying up-and-comers and focusing the firm's efforts in helping these rising star associates achieve partnership status.
