Trio of Hinshaw Attorneys to Speak at ARIAS 2021 Spring Conference

May 6 – 7, 2021
Hinshaw's Scott Seaman, Peter Kanaris, and Ed Lenci will participate in panel discussions at the ARIAS 2021 Spring Conference. Seaman and Kanaris' presentation, titled "Ripped From the Headlines - Insurance and Reinsurance Issues in Current Events," will occur on May 7, 2021. It will focus on liability, coverage, and reinsurance issues related to several major, recent matters: mass shootings, strikes, riots, and civil commotion, and the recent Southwest freeze.
Lenci's presentation, titled "International Arbitrations: Updates From Europe, Bermuda, The Caymans, and the U.S.," is set to take place on May 6, 2021. It will cover recent developments in arbitrations worldwide, highlighting substantive decisions and the differences in legal processes and mores.
