Todd M. Young, a Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP partner, will be co-presenting "Risk Avoidance During the ESOP Lifecycle," at the Illinois ESOP Annual Conference on Thursday, March 6, 2014.

The presentation will go through the considerations that transactional and litigation attorneys consider on behalf of their clients at each stage of the ESOP Lifecycle, Including ESOP transaction design, second-stage transactions, and ongoing administration. Current case law and regulatory updates will be applied to the various riskiest points in the ESOP lifecycle to minimize risk for plan sponsors.
