Hinshaw partner Steve Puiszis—who also serves as the firm's General Counsel—will co-present a panel titled "Professional Responsibility Implications of Evolving Technology and Other Emerging Trends," at an American Bar Association (ABA) event on June 6, 2019 in Chicago. Puiszis, who recently addressed the lawyers' duty of technological competence in a two-part New York Law Journal column, will join other panelists to discuss the ethical legal requirements and risks associated with technology and also provide a primer on new legal technology.
