Scott Seaman to Address the Latest Developments in Insurance Bad Faith Litigation for DRI Insurance 201 Series

Scott Seaman, National Co-Chair of the Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP’s Insurance Services Group, will address, “The Latest Developments In Insurance Bad Faith Litigation,” as part of DRI’s 3 part Insurance 201 series. Scott will be joined by Jim Bryan of Nexsen Pruet.
The webcast will examine the latest developments in bad faith litigation. The presentation will focus on strategies for combatting and avoiding bad faith claims during the claims handling process and spotting potential issues early in that process. Strategies for minimizing bad faith exposure will also be touched upon, in addition to how jurisdictional nuances can drastically change the potential for bad faith exposure. The webcast will be held on July 20, 2016 at 1:00 PM (Central).
