Russell Klingaman and Jane Schlicht to Participate in Complex Commercial Contracts Seminar

Russell A. Klingaman  and Jane C. Schlicht will participate in the State Bar of Wisconsin's "Complex Commercial Contracts: The Legal Principles You Need to Know for Effective Drafting" seminar on January 15, 2015.

Ms. Schlicht serves as program chair of the event.

Mr. Klingaman will present on "Protecting Trade Secrets and Other Valuable Information From Misappropriation by Vendors, Customers, Consultants and/or Competitors" at 10:25 a.m.

Mr. LaFrombois will present on "Letters of Intent and Non-Disclosure Agreements" at 11:15 a.m. and on "Asset Purchase Agreements" at 12:50 p.m.
