Robert Finley to Speak During Video Webcast on Changes in Healthcare Business Law

Robert J. Finley, Chicago-based partner in the Personal Injury and Property Damage Defense Litigation practice at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, will be speaking during the Live Video Webcast "Healthcare Business Law: Changes you Need to Know!" hosted by the National Business Institute (NBI) on May 26, 2016.
The program will cover various topics concerning the laws and regulations governing hospital and healthcare business law such as current trends in health law, the new HIPAA compliance regulations, updates on the changes to the affordable health care act, medicare legislative updates and the new ICD-10 rules and regulations. This program is designed for attorneys though it will also benefit accountants, insurance professionals, hospital/healthcare business owners and paralegals.
Robert Finley's diverse, national civil defense litigation and trial practice concentrates on complex tort and employment matters involving catastrophic, fatal and brain/psychological injury cases. Mr. Finley has a substantial amount of experience with jury trials, representing clients in mediations and arbitration hearings, and appellate practice.
