Robert Finley to Present at the Illinois State Bar Association Workers Advanced Workers Compensation Seminar

Robert J. Finley, a Chicago-based partner in the Personal Injury and Property Damage practice group at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, will present at the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA) Advanced Workers Compensation Seminar on February 15, 2016 in Fairview Heights, Illinois. Mr. Finley also serves as Secretary of ISBA's Workers Compensation Section Council.

Robert will discuss emerging case law trends under American Medical Association (AMA) impairment guidelines on disability determinations, preparing for AMA evidentiary issues at trial, and examine several AMA issues pending in the appellate court involving statutory interpretation. Expected co-presenters and attendees include attorneys, arbitrators, commissioners, and appellate court judges.
