Their presentation, "The Drafting and Enforcement of Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation Agreements in the Alarm Industry," will occur on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at 11:45 am – 12:30 pm PDT.

Kujawa and Saper will provide best practices for the drafting of restrictive covenants and an overview of the legal issues as relates to these covenants as well as an overview of the prosecuting and defending litigation process as pertains to restrictive covenants.
