Hinshaw partner Paulette Sarp will present at the ABA's "Women in Litigation Joint Conference: Leading for Success in the Courtroom, in the Judiciary, and in the Profession" at The Logan Hotel in Philadelphia on November 15 – 17, 2017. Sarp will speak as part of a breakout session on Friday, November 17 at 9:45 – 11:00 am EDT titled, "When the Cloud Bursts, Will There Be Coverage for Your Dependent Network Business Interruption Loss?" In the wake of the recent Amazon cloud service outage and the Dyn denial of service attack, the panel of speakers will spotlight the risks associated with internet-dependent businesses, and address whether or not such businesses can claim internet-related business interruption losses.
