Mike Marick, partner in Hinshaw's Chicago office, and Kevin Willging, Executive Counsel at Travelers in its Extracontractual Litigation unit, will present the webcast, "Insurance 101: Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Litigation," on Wednesday July 29, 2015, 1:00 pm-2:30 pm CDT. The program is the third in a three-part series of Insurance 101 presentations by DRI intended primarily for less experienced attorneys and claims professionals. The program will provide an overview of the litigation of insurance coverage and bad faith lawsuits. It will address the nature of claims typically asserted, the parties, venue, jurisdiction, motion practice, and overall strategic considerations that typically come into play.
