Maria Quintero to Moderate Panel at the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada

Maria S. Quintero, a San Francisco based partner at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, will moderate a panel at the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada event on Friday, November 18, 2016.
Ms. Quintero will be moderating the program, "Gender and Generation Gaps: Building Bridges of Inclusion." The panel will discuss implicit bias in gender and generation roles and its effect in our daily professional lives. The panel will further discuss how to mitigate and eliminate the perceptions that create challenges to inclusion. The event is sponsored by the ADC Diversity Committee.

Ms. Quintero devotes her practice within her firm's Insurance Services Group to assisting clients with all facets of insurance law including insurance litigation, coverage opinions, policy drafting and bad faith and extra-contractual disputes. She has extensive experience with commercial general liability and professional liability lines, and commercial and residential property lines. She also handles insurance agent and broker liability claims and develops training on industry best practices. She is experienced with both bench and jury trials and with appellate court argument. Ms. Quintero is a frequent commentator, presenter and writer on emerging industry issues and technology.
