Two Hinshaw partners—Leo Lagomasino and Ken Yeadon—will have a role in DRI's 2018 Life, Health, Disability and ERISA Seminar from April 11–13, 2018 in Boston. This year's Seminar will offer opportunities to hear from leading practitioners, as well as extensive networking forums for in-house and outside counsel. It is presented by DRI's Life, Health and Disability Committee, for which Miami-based Lagomasino serves as Chair. On Wednesday, April 12, Chicago-based Yeadon will present "A Practical Guide for Health Insurers in Defending False Claim Act Cases After Escobar."
