Hinshaw attorney Kelechi Ajoku will co-moderate the panel "Path to Partnership: Building and Encouraging Law Firm Diversity" on April 23, 2026, in New York City for St. John’s University School of Law Alumni of Color Chapter (AoCC), where she serves on the Executive Board.
AoCC focuses on elevating and engaging BIPOC alumni and students through programs such as CLEs, mentorship, and networking events. The panel will celebrate alumni of color who have achieved partnership/shareholder status and will discuss the journey to partnership, strategies for junior and mid-level attorneys, the experience post-partnership, and the support provided by St. John's and the alumni community in these endeavors.
