Jane C. Schlicht, Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP partner and Program Chair of the State Bar of Wisconsin's "Contract Drafting Issues in Wisconsin" Seminar, will be presenting "Noncompetition Clauses" on Friday, January 17, 2014 at the Crown Plaza Milwaukee West from 8:30 A.M. - 3:00 P.M.
This seminar will lead attendees through the important considerations all attorneys involved in writing contracts need to know and offers concrete examples to illustrate the issues discussed. Working with a detailed sample contract throughout the program, experienced and knowledgeable practitioners will address the various situations presented in the contract.
Attendees will also learn about multiple contract drafting choices and gain insight on negotiation tips, structure, and when and where to use certain provisions, as well as learn the potential dangers of boilerplate language.
